Cancellation Policy – Greek Routes

At Greek Routes E-Services, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy ensures transparency and fairness for all guests.

1. General Terms

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email and will be confirmed by Greek Routes in return.

2. Private Day Tours

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled start: 100% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour: Non-refundable

3. Multi-Day Tours / Tours with Accommodation or Licensed Guides

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled start: 100% refund
  • Third-party providers (e.g. hotels, guides) may have separate cancellation fees, which will be disclosed in advance

4. Force Majeure & Exceptional Circumstances

We offer full refunds (100%) for cancellations due to unavoidable circumstances beyond the client’s control, such as: – Flight or cruise delays – Strikes or extreme weather – Mechanical failures or medical emergencies

Proof or documentation may be required.

5. Payment Provider Fees

For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled service, some payment processors (e.g., PayPal, credit cards) may apply a non-refundable 2–4% fee.

6. Greek Routes-Initiated Cancellations

If Greek Routes must cancel a booking due to circumstances beyond our control, a full refund will be provided immediately.
